No, you do not need additional consent from your customers because nooa acts as your data processor. Our data processing agreement is part of the contract between your service and nooa. Through order processing, we are bound to your company. This means that the transfer of data is permissible without the need for a separate exception and additional legal basis (see § 6 and § 9 GDPR).
The decisive factor is whether you yourself are allowed to process the data of your clients. If this is the case, you are allowed to enlist the help of a qualified service provider.
