How do I get rid of notifications?

Quickly mark all notifications as "read"

You can get rid of many notifications at once by doing the following:

1. Go to the respective pinboard with unread posts and scroll down
   1. This marks all posts as "read"
2. Repeat for all pinboards that have unread posts
3. Done! All posts should now be marked as "read".

Note: we distinguish between "activities" (e.g. on the "Home" page) and "notifications" (e.g. by the bell).

"Activities" on the "Home" page do not disappear! They show all relevant activities in the platform, sorted chronologically.

"Notifications" can be seen under the "bell" icon in the top right, next to the profile picture. These disappear as soon as they have been read.
