As Entrepreneur in Residence you will work closely with the founders to drive growth in new markets and execute projects to scale the company. On a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to drive the business forward, sharpen your business acumen, learn from mistakes and celebrate successes with the team in a fast-growing startup.

What you will be responsible for

  • Identifying, designing and implementing strategies to boost growth and internationalize the company
  • Planning, presenting and executing projects in close cooperation with the company’s founders
  • Working closely with all areas of the company and learning how to set up, run and scale a startup
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of day-to-day operations
  • Shaping the vision and strategy of the nooa platform

Skills, tools and technologies we are excited about

  • Between 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Analytically and conceptually strong
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
