As a relative or family member, how do I communicate with my care provider via nooa?

As a relative or family member, you can also use the nooa app free of charge and connect with your care provider. You can find instructions on how to create a free account here: Can I create a free nooa account as a relative or family member?

Communicating with your care provider
Once the care provider has added you to the system, you will receive a text message or email from nooa, on behalf of the care provider:

  1. Click on the link in the text message or email.

    1. You will now be directed to a security check.

  2. Enter the last name of the person receiving care and click on the arrow in the bottom right.

  3. You will now be redirected directly to the chat with your care provider. From there, you can securely exchange messages, documents and images.

  4. Every time your care provider sends a message or update, you will automatically be notified via text message or email.
