# I can't log in. What should I do?

Occasionally, errors creep in. You might receive an error message such as "Your entries do not match. Please try again".

When this happens, check the input carefully. It may be due to spaces at the beginning or the end, an upper or lower case letter at the wrong place, or the 6-digit access code might have been mixed up with the 8-digit nooa ID.
