# Real-life tips: Organizing pinboards with "pinned" posts

## Use the "pin" to fix individual posts to the top of your pinboard!

As an admin, you can click the pin or select "Pin post" via the three dots on individual posts. The post is then pinned to the top of the pinboard, and remains there until it is unpinned.

Many users do this to always have the most important post visible. For example:

1. Pinboards: Carer documents, HR, Policies & procedures 
     1. Service agreements
     2. Organisation charts
     3. Staff questionnaire
     4. Company presentation
     5. Health and safety instructions
     6. IT policy
2. Pinboards: Quality assurance, Care standards 
     1. Procedures
     2. CQC audits
     3. Expert standards
     4. Transition management
     5. Occupational health and safety
     6. Data protection
     7. Compliance guidelines

1. Pinboards: Policies & procedures, Important information, Rotas 
     1. Rotas
     2. Staff schedules
     3. Important contact numbers
     4. Hygiene regulations
     5. Data sheet for clients
     6. Procedure: Dealing with incidents
