Add pinboard photo and members

Add members and easily get everyone to love pinboards!

Step-by-step instructions

Add a pinboard photo

1. Click on your pinboard
2. Then click "Info"
3. Here you can add, change or delete the pinboard photo

If you find a photo you like:

1. Click on the photo you want
2. In the large view, click on the downward-pointing arrow in the top right corner (next to "Download free")
3. Click on "Small"
4. Repeat steps 1-3 above to add your new pinboard photo

By adding a photo, members will instantly recognize and enjoy using the pinboard. Of course, you can also use your own pictures e.g. team photos are particularly popular!

Adding members

Option 1: Via the Admin Cockpit

Add a user to a pinboard via their user details:

1. In the Admin Cockpit under "Manage users", click on the three vertical dots behind the user's status and select "Edit"
   1. Now you are in the user's detail view and can make changes here
2. Scroll down until you reach "Pinboards"
3. Click on "add".
4. Select the pinboard to which you want to add the user
5. Click on "Add user"
6. Done: the user has been added to the selected pinboards

Option 2: Via the pinboard

Add a user to a pinboard via the pinboard:

1. Go to your pinboard and click "+ Invite"
2. Select the user you want to add to the pinboard
3. Click on "Add"
4. Done: the user has been added to the pinboard
