Yes! You can connect with external users and organisations to have all of your communication in one place
You can connect with external users and organisations via the Admin Cockpit. Simply send an invitation to the email address of an admin of the other organisation. After she accepted the invitation, you will see the user under the 'Network' tab.
This is done in three steps in the Admin Cockpit under 'Network':
- Click on 'Invite'
- Enter the email address of your network partner
- Your network partner receives an email to confirm the invitation
Now you can share pinboards and write direct messages. Administrators can always control the extent to which users of both organisations are linked to each other. They can also decide whether to add users to a shared pinboard or not.
In particular via shared noticeboards, you can collaborate securely and efficiently with external organisations, e.g. in terms of prescription management with doctors' practices, medication orders with pharmacies or for collaborating with neighbourhood assistance and care support points.
At the same time, you can communicate with external organisations via direct messages, e.g. with nurses, wound experts or individual therapists.
