Can I manage and share files in nooa?

How does it work?

  • In the pinboard under "Info", deactivate "Restricted history". The content of this pinboard is now visible to all members, regardless of when they joined. This also works for past content.

For which pinboards does this make sense?

  • "Staff": share documents that are important or helpful for staff, e.g. staff guidelines for sickness & leave, important contacts, mission statement, etc.

  • "Compliance & Operations": all C&O documents belong here, e.g. policies & procedures, training documents, service guidelines, etc.

  • "Infos for Carers": do you have documents or information that is important for carers? Then share them with a click. You can do the same for the office, care coordinator, or management teams.

  • Other common examples: "Clients", "Staff meetings" and "Scheduling"

Bonus: All documents and information can be conveniently found using the search function.
