Can nooa listen in at any time?

Even if you activated voice control: nooa cannot listen in.

The first time you use nooa, you will be asked whether voice control is allowed to access the microphone. If you click "No", voice control will not be activated.

If you allow voice control, nooa only accesses the microphone when you allow it. Nevertheless, even then nooa cannot listen in.
