How can a user become an administrator?
- In the 'Admin Cockpit', navigate to the user whose role you want to update
- Click on the three vertical dots on the right side and select 'Edit'
- Under 'Access and Permissions', you will see the respective role of the user. Click on the current role and select 'Administrator' instead
Note: in order to make someone an administrator, they must have a valid email address on file.
