How do I know that I received a new message?

You will receive a so-called "push-notification".

If this is not the case, it may be that the functionality was turned off in the settings.

To adjust the settings in nooa:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner (this is your profile picture if you have one, otherwise the grey silhouette)
  2. Then click on "Settings"
  3. Under "View and Notifications" you can make the appropriate adjustments
Note: if notifications are turned off on your device, you may need to adjust the device settings. A quick Google search with the name of your device should help. If things still do not work, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
