What do I do if an access code has expired?

Once created, for security reasons, the access code is valid for 72 hours. If the access code has expired, an Admin can do the following:

  1. In the "Admin Cockpit", click on the three vertical dots next to the respective user
  2. Click on "Edit"
  3. Click on "Create new access code" to generate a new code

Note: if there is a verified email address for the user under "Email address", the Admin can also click "Send access code by email" to share the access code with the user via email.
