A pinboard is a place where several users can communicate with each other. This can be e.g. regarding a topic, team or with an external organisation.
For example, our users have pinboards for admin, general news, rotas, handovers, compliance or housekeeping and add members to each of these pinboards, accordingly. Others also invite doctors and pharmacies.
The functionality of a pinboard is ideal for group communication. Posts from other members can be commented or given a "like". At the same time, members of a pinboard can see what the purpose of the pinboard is and who else is a member. Each pinboard can also be customised by assigning a unique name and a cover picture.
