Why can't I create a pinboard?

If you cannot create a pinboard, you probably do not have the required permissions. You can see this in your 'Account':

1. Click on your avatar at the top right (this is your profile picture if you have one, otherwise the grey silhouette)
2. Then click on 'Account'
3. Under 'Access and Permissions', you will see your role. To create pinboards or manage users, you must be an 'administrator' or 'account owner'. 'Users' do not have these permissions.

Note: as an 'administrator' or 'account owner' you have access to the Admin Cockpit and can adjust the role of your users there.
