How can I transfer my clients from another software to nooa?

You can do this in two simple steps, even without an interface to your care software: export data and import it into nooa

Export client data from your care software

1. Find the "Export" function in your care software.
   1. Using this, export your client data
   2. You need:
      1. Required:
         1. First name
         2. Last name
      2. Optional:
         1. Phone number
         2. Email
         3. Address line 1
         4. Post code
         5. City
         6. Date of birth
         7. Client number

Import client data into nooa

1. In nooa, go to the Admin Cockpit
2. Click on "Clients"
3. Then click on "Add client"
4. Click on "Import clients"
5. Download the import template:
   1. You can download the import template in nooa by clicking: "Here you can download and use our import template."
   2. Alternatively, you can download the import template by clicking this link
6. Open the import template:
   1. Click on "Enable editing"
   2. You have two tabs: "DE Template" and "EN Template". Delete "DE Template" by right-clicking -> "Delete" and confirm with "Delete"
7. Copy the client data from your care software export into the corresponding columns
   1. Note: Make sure that the First Name and Last Name columns are filled in.
   2. Check the spelling and formatting of the Birthdate column if you are importing it. It should have the formatting "Text" and the notation "DD/MM/YYYY". You can find out how to format the date of birth easily here.
8. Save the file
9. Go back to nooa and click on "Choose a file" in the window:
   1. Select the file you just saved and click "Open"
   2. Then click "Import file"
10. You will then receive a confirmation with the number of new clients that have been created. Click on "Done".
