How do I connect nooa with Person Centred Software?

Set up the integration between PCS and nooa in only 2 steps

To automatically connect nooa with PCS, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a new API key in PCS

1. Visit login.personcentredsoftware.com
2. Log in to your PCS manager account
3. Via the "Admin" menu, navigate to "Organisation details"
4. From the sites with a feint blue background, find the site that you want to connect with nooa
5. Under "Integrations", click on the cog-symbol next to Generic API
6. Fill out the required information:
   1. Under "Community access", select your top community name as well as "Service Users" and "Staff"
   2. Under "Integration details", set the "Access mode" to "Read and write"
   3. Click on "Active Services", the click the slider next to "nooa" so it turns green
7. Now, click the slider next to "Status" so it turns green
8. In the top right, click the green "Save" button
9. Via the "Admin" menu, navigate to "Organisation details", select the desired site with the feint blue background, and click on the cog-symbol next to Generic API under "Integrations"
10. You will now see an "Internal API key". Select and copy it

Step 2: Enter the API key in nooa under "Integrations"

1. Log into your nooa account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then click on "Admin Cockpit"
   1. In the bottom left, you will find "Integrations." Click there
   2. Then click "Connect integration"
   3. Select "PCS" and then click "Continue"
   4. Enter the "Internal API key" that you previously copied in PCS
   5. Confirm with "Continue"
3. Once the authentication is done, click "Finish" and you will see that the integration is now active. PCS and nooa are now connected!
