How do I create clients?

You have two options: create a single client or multiple clients at once

  1. Go to the Admin Cockpit
  2. Click on "Clients"
  3. Then click "Add client"
  4. You now have two options:
    1. "Add client" to create a single client
    2. "Import clients" to create multiple clients at once

Option 1: Create a single client with "Add client"

  1. Click on "Add client"
  2. Add the necessary information
  3. Click on "Add client"

Done - you can now match posts with clients automatically using #! 🎉

Option 2: Create multiple clients at once with "Import clients"

We prepared everything for you - just use the template for a quick and easy process!

  1. Click on "Import clients"
  2. Download the import template:
    1. You can download the import template in nooa by clicking: "Here you can download and use our import template."
    2. Alternatively, you can download the import template by clicking this link
  3. Open the import template:
    1. Click on "Enable editing"
    2. You have two tabs: "DE Template" and "EN Template". Delete "DE Template" by right-clicking -> "Delete" and confirm with "Delete"
  4. Copy the client data from your care software export into the corresponding columns
  5. Save the file
  6. Go back to nooa and click on "Choose a file" in the window:
    1. Select the file you just saved and click "Open"
    2. Then click "Import file"
  7. You should receive a confirmation with the number of new clients that have been created. Click "Done".

Done - you can now automatically match clients with posts using #! 🎉
