Resetting the password of a user without an email address

Even if a user does not have an email address stored in nooa, their password can be reset e.g. if it has been forgotten or lost.

To reset the password for an account without an email address, do the following:
  1. Find the nooa ID of the user
    1. Note: in the "Admin Cockpit" under "Manage users", you can click on the three vertical dots next to the corresponding user i.e. on "Edit", to find the nooa ID there
  2. Go to www.web.nooa.app and click on "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter the nooa ID of the user
  4. The admin(s) will now receive a notification to reset the password
  5. In the Admin Cockpit, under "Manage users", an admin has to click the three vertical dots next to the corresponding user and then "Edit" 
  6. Scroll down and click "Reset Password"
  7. The user goes back to www.web.nooa.app, then to "Forgot password?", and enters his nooa ID again
  8. Now the user can set a new password
    1. Note: please choose a secure password with at least 8 characters, including a number, a special character, an upper case letter and a lower case letter
