Can I connect with family members and other organisations?

Yes! You can connect with family members and organisations to have all of your communication in one place

You can connect with family members and organisations via the Admin Cockpit by sending an invitation to the email address of the admin.

After she accepted the invitation, you will see the user under the "Partners" tab.

This is done in three steps in the Admin Cockpit under "Partners":

  1. Click on "+ Invite"
  2. Enter the email address of the family member or organisation
  3. Your network partner will now receive an email to confirm the invitation - done!

You can now:

  1. Collaborate securely and efficiently with family members and external organisations via a shared pinboard.
    1. For example, for daily communication, medication management or orders and invoicing.
  2. You can also communicate with family members and external users via direct messages.

Administrators can always control the extent to which users of both organisations are linked to each other. They can also decide whether to add users to a shared pinboard or not.
