How can a user become an administrator?

  1. In the 'Admin Cockpit', navigate to the user whose role you want to update
  2. Click on the three vertical dots on the right side and select 'Edit'
  3. Under 'Access and Permissions', you will see the respective role of the user. Click on the current role and select 'Administrator' instead

Note: in order to make someone an administrator, they must have a valid email address on file.
