How to easily communicate with pharmacies, medical supply stores and more

Communicate quickly and reliably with external contacts via Network - here’s how:

Add a new contact

If the contact is not in your contact book, you can add them via the Admin Cockpit or directly in "Network".

Option 1: Via Admin Cockpit

  1. Go to Admin Cockpit and select "Network" from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Add Contact".
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click "Add Contact".
  5. The contact is now available in your organisation’s list.

Option 2: Directly in "Network"

  1. Go to "Network" and select "New Message".
  2. Click "Create New Contact".
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. The contact is now ready for use.

Find external contacts and send a message

  1. Click "Network" in the navigation.
  2. Select "New Message".
  3. A list of contacts will appear.
  4. Use the search bar to enter the name, company, or email address of your contact.
  5. Select the contact from the results.
  6. Choose a contact from the list and click "Send Message".
  7. Start the conversation and send your message.
  8. The contact will receive an email or SMS to access your messages. For security, they’ll need the security code displayed to access the conversation.

Test external communication

The fastest way to learn communication with external contacts is through a self-test. Use a PC as an admin for this.

Let’s get started! 🚀

  1. Try out messaging by creating a test contact:
    1. Create a contact in the Admin Cockpit or under "Network".
    2. Use "Jane" as the first name and "Doe" as the last name.
    3. Enter your own email.
    4. Click "Add Contact".
  2. Send a message to "Jane Doe".
  3. Use the security code to access the message via the link in the email.
