Real-life tips: Simplify important processes with comments
Easily attach photos, documents, and voice messages to comments!
For all office staff, carers and managers:
You can attach photos, documents, and voice messages directly in response to a post. For example, include forms, photos of potential trip hazards, MARs, care plans, wound care records, and more.
In addition, replies can be recorded as voice messages, which are automatically transcribed into "proper" English - error-free and without "ums" or "ahs"!
A few examples:
Track orders
- "@Susan, the order has arrived. Photo of the delivery receipt attached!"
- "The pharmacy delivered medication for #BenMorten, but the Ramipril is missing. Photo attached."
Store documents, forms, and protocols
- "@Admin, I’ve completed the questionnaire for #JackGillsworth. Here’s a photo of the completed form."
Attach documentation
- "@RegisteredManager, here is the medication plan. It states 2 doses. Best to clarify with his GP."
Manage prescriptions & orders
- "The prescription is wrong! Here is the old one – the GP needs to correct it straight away!"
Simplify service documentation
- "Please attach all time sheets for February with signatures to this post as comments. Thanks!"
Share handovers
- "Please post all handovers for today as comments here. Thank you, and have a productive day!"
Document wound progress
- "How is the wound healing for #BenMorten? Please attach the wound care documentation here. Thanks!"
Implement quality assurance
- "@CareTeam, there were questions during training about caring for clients in a wheelchair. Attached is a PDF summary for your reference."
Provide evidence
