Can I add multiple users to a task?

Yes - mention users with "@" in a task. They will be added as collaborators and receive a notification!

Mention a user in a task

1. Create or edit a task
2. Use the "@" functionality to mention a user
   1. Type the "@" on your keyboard or select the "@" in the toolbar
   2. Start typing the name, for example "@JaneD...", and select the desired person
3. Create the task or finish editing. After that, the mentioned person will receive a notification
4. The mentioned person is added as a "collaborator" and can now see the task
5. Collaborators can see, edit, re-assign and complete the task

Remove a user as a collaborator

1. Edit the task and remove the mention, for example "@JaneDoe", from the description
2. The user is removed from as a collaborator and can no longer see nor edit the task
