Communicate with clients

Easily communicate with clients, relatives and family caregivers via text message

Create a client in the Admin Cockpit

The quickest way to get started is by creating a test client. To do this, log in on your PC as an Admin.

Let's get started! 🚀

  1. Add a test client in the Admin Cockpit (step-by-step instruction: How do I create clients?):
    1. Enter "Peter" and "Parker" as first and last name
    2. Add your own mobile number under "Phone number"
    3. Click on "Add client"
  2. You have now successfully created your test client "Peter Parker".

Optional: Adding relatives or family caregivers

After adding a client, you can add relatives or family caregivers in the client profile:

  1. In the Admin Cockpit under "Clients", click on the three vertical dots and then "Edit client"
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the window to "Relatives"
    1. Click on "+ Add relative"
    2. Enter first and last name, as well as a mobile phone number
    3. Click on "Save changes"
  3. Done! 🎉

Switch to the client network and get started

  1. Switch to the client network:
    1. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner and then on "Switch to client network"
  2. Click on "Peter Parker"
  3. Write a test message:
    1. For example: "Hi Mr. Parker, here is the new care plan. Personal care is now scheduled 3 times a week. Does this work?"
    2. Send the message
    3. Also send a test document or picture, e.g. a care plan, by clicking one of the icons next to the input field
  4. Now check your mobile phone. You should have received a new text message:
    1. Open the message. There should be a link in it
    2. Click on the link
    3. Now enter the last name of the client you created i.e. "Parker"
    4. Reply on your mobile phone: "Yes, that works. Thank you."
  5. Take a look on your PC in the conversation with Peter Parker:
    1. There should be your message "Yes, that works. Thank you"
    2. Done! 🎉

If you added the phone number of a relative to the test client, they will also be included in the conversation!
